I’m Nicholas Ball, known as Nick, the surveyor behind Bluestone Surveyors in Liverpool. I provide residential property surveys and independent valuations, with a personal service from the first conversation to discussion of your report.

Buying a home can mean making important decisions with incomplete information. My role is to explain what the inspection shows, highlight significant concerns and help you understand the next steps. You can tell me what worries you before the inspection and discuss the findings directly afterwards.
Choose the right survey for the building
I will consider the property’s age, construction, condition, alterations and your plans before recommending the appropriate service. A Level 2 Home Survey may suit a conventional home in reasonable condition. A Level 3 Building Survey provides greater detail for older, altered, complex or run-down properties and homes where substantial work is planned.

Liverpool born and raised, I enjoy making the most of life outside work. I love travelling with my family, following the Isle of Man TT races and MotoGP, and getting outdoors for kitesurfing, e-mountain biking and snowboarding.
